You can change the trajectory of a child’s life by giving that child a precious gift—a little bit of your time.
Become an advocate in our community to help a child who has been removed from their home due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment. It’s worth it… to make a difference in the life of a child.
I KNOW CASA is vital to our community, because we advocate for the community’s most vulnerable children with love, compassion and competence. Our mission never “closes” for the weekend or holiday…it’s an ALWAYS mission and that’s why we keep recruiting the BEST our community has to offer.I am most proud to be involved with CASA because… it brings out the best in us as community members. EVERYONE that hears about CASA wants to help. My fondest memory of my time with CASA was our 2003 ribbon cutting ceremony in Santa Maria at the Santa Maria Cornerstone Community Center, truly committing CASA as an ALL COUNTY organization. One thing I wish for CASA’s 20th birthday celebration is… happening! Great staff leadership with Kim Davis and terrific board members led by Tony Papa.
