Nadine Hose is one of my advocates and she is assigned to her first case, a 14-year-old girl. I met with Nadine this morning and she was telling me about her CASA kiddo. They have developed a very nice relationship. Nadine mentioned that they are developing a “bucket list” of things they want to do together. One of the things on the list is for them to go swimming because her CASA Child has never been in a swimming pool! I provided Nadine with the last couple of swim passes for the pool in SM and she was excited to be able to take her there. I thought that the idea of a bucket list was great. It sounds like it has been a fun activity, as well as helping advocates to get to know their child better.
