Horseback Riding- A&M Ranch in Santa Ynez is offering free tours and horseback riding lessons for CASA Kids.  Please review the A&M Ranch Flyer for details.  You can arrange a visit by contacting the ranch directly and identifying yourself as a CASA.  You must bring a waiver signed by the parent, foster parent, group home administrator or kin placement. Santa Barbara Bowl Tickets-  The SB Bowl has a program to provide free tickets and concessions to most events at Santa Barbara Bowl.  If you are interested in attending an event with your CASA child, contact Aaron Pankratz(aaron@sbcasa.org).   Check on availability for specific events.

Santa Maria Historial Society Museum
The Museum preserves the history and nostalgia of the City of Santa Maria and its environs with pictures, artifacts, and valley memorabilia. The displays progress chronologically from one period to another, starting with the Chumash Indian culture and progressing through the Mission, Rancho, and Pioneer periods.

Geocashing/ Pokemon Go
Using your smart phone you can have a scanveger hunt anywhere. There are several apps (mostly free) that provide the tool to start.
Oso Flaco Lake
Just north of the Guadalupe Dunes. It has a hiking trail with great nature and bird watching. The trail goes all the way to the beach.
Rice Ranch Open Space
Next to the park there are a series of hiking trails for all ability levels.
La Purisma Mission
The visitor center is a great place to begin your adventure into the past with a touch table, stunning exhibits and movie station depicting the layers of history found at La Purisima Mission State Historic Park.

Lompoc Aquatic Center
It’s always Summer at the Lompoc Aquatic Center. The new dehumidification system keeps our inside temperature comfortable all year long. The Aquatic Center is made up of three separate pools. The all deep competitive pool. The Activity pool, with two 125-foot water slides, the shallow lap pool and the Aqua Play with more than 20 interactive features which includes twin waterslides, water cannons, and the famous “Bucket”. All Ages SAT and Sunday 1-3PM- Infants and toddlers M-F 10:30AM-1PM
